My name is Marquita, which means "little warrior" and trust, I wear that name like a crown. I created Mommy Plus Us as a real, raw, no-filter space for moms who are out here doing the most and making it look good anyway.
I'm raising two little queens, Sky and Merci, while building a business, showing up for my family, and refusing to shrink myself in the process. This blog is where I drop everything I've learned, everything I'm still figuring out, and everything nobody warned me about before the twins arrived.
